Joshua Kutchin practiced with the firm from 1984-2019.  His practice primarily involved the defense of tort-based litigation, including personal and commercial automobile claims, trucking lawsuits, premises liability suits, and other types of general liability claims. In addition, Mr. Kutchin frequently represented general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, relative to both residential and commercial construction disputes. His construction clients ranged from “sole proprietorship” contractors to Fortune 500 companies, engaged in disputes involving design deficiencies, soil engineering issues, EIFS, materials defects, and other construction-related matters.

During his career, he spoke frequently to claims groups and trade associations, and often presented programs specially tailored to meet the varied needs of the firm’s clients.
