FHMBK – OPERATING THROUGH THE CURRENT CRISIS

At FHMBK, our clients, employees and their families are the center of everything we do as a firm. In response to the COVID-19 virus, we want to assure you we are taking proactive steps to maintain the health and well-being of those we connect with while continuing to offer the best legal services available.

During this challenging time, FHMBK will continue to operate in full capacity to ensure that your work with us, and the needs of your case, will not be neglected. We understand the increased stress the current state of the country and the world is having on our clients, and we will go above and beyond to ensure that not only are your interests continuing to be protected, but that any additional needs or concerns you have as a result of COVID-19, can also be addressed.

DIGITAL CONNECTION

Whether you are a current or prospective FHMBK client, we are available to speak with you to navigate your legal needs. Our employees are set up to work remotely, and can be reached at their firm email addresses and direct dial phone numbers. Secure document sharing systems such as Drop Box and Sharefile remain accessible to our clients and our employees to ensure continued collaboration.

BEING PREPARED

As our community responds to COVID-19, we anticipate continued changes with Court policies and adjustments from other businesses, and are prepared to mitigate delays in the litigation of your matters. We are working with court reporting services and other firm vendors to arrange for remote meetings, depositions, and mediations, when appropriate. We understand that it may be frustrating to have certain matters delayed; however, we will work with you to ensure we are continuing to advance your case, and are prepared for a quick resolution once matters are able to get back on the court’s dockets.

Finally, FHMBK wants you to know that we are here for you for any legal services or advice you might need during this time. We will continue to be available to you as new concerns arise over the coming months and help you navigate your business or personal needs through COVID-19 related issues.

From our team to yours, be well and thank you for your loyalty and trust.
