Frank Valenzuela joined Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. in 2007. His practice focuses on employment litigation, school litigation, and local government defense.
Prior to joining FHMBK, Frank worked as Associate Corporate Counsel for the Morgan Management Corporation, which operates Morgan Buildings and Spas, Inc. and related Morgan companies.
He and his wife moved back to Dallas from Miami in late 2005 and are enjoying raising their family in North Texas. Frank enjoys spending time with his family and friends, obstacle course racing, movies, and hiking.

App. Fort Worth, 2014) (court of appeals reversed the trial court’s denial of summary judgment and held that the plaintiff failed to properly initiate the administrative grievance procedures jurisdictionally required by the Texas Whistleblower Act).
Berkman v. City of Keene, 311 S.W.3d 523 (Tex. App. – Waco 2009, pet. denied) (dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because contract for provision of city utilities did not fall within the limited waiver of governmental immunity for contracts).
Mesquite Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Mendoza, No. 05-12-01479-CV, 2013 Tex. App. LEXIS 6783 (Tex. App. – Dallas 2013, no pet.) (court of appeals reversed the denial of summary judgment and held that the plaintiff could not establish the prima facie elements of her sex discrimination claim).
Douglas v. City of Kemp, Texas, 05-14-00475-CV, 2015 WL 3561621 (Tex.
